Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to understand their unique recruitment needs.. . Business Development within existing account and identfy new opportunities. . Implement Land and expand apprach across accpounts. . Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers.. . Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for specific roles.. . Provide insightful updates and reports to clients on recruitment progress and market trends.. . Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process.. . Stay informed about industry developments and emerging technologies to advise clients better.. . Utilize recruitment tools and software to enhance sourcing and tracking efforts.. . . Proven experience in account management or recruitment, ideally within the IT sector.. . A demonstrated ability to meet and exceed recruitment goals and client expectations.. . Strong grasp of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and candidate evaluation methods.. . Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.. . Excellent organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple client needs.. .
