
Part-time Virtual Assistant (AU Legal, WFH) at ConnectOS. Schedule: 4 PM - 8 PM PH time, Monday to Friday. What will you do?. Admin Support. • Review and update time entries and fees in invoice spreadsheets.. • Assist with calendar management and scheduling.. • Help organise electronic files and folders.. . Legal Software Support. • Use basic functions in LEAP (training provided).. • Save documents and emails correctly to matters.. . LinkedIn and Marketing. • Like and comment on LinkedIn posts.. • Connect with new contacts and respond to DMs. . . Skills Required:. . Good written and spoken English.. . Strong attention to detail.. . Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.. . Proficiency in Microsoft Word. Experience with Microsoft Outlook preferred.. .
