We are seeking a Vice President, HR Business Partners to join our growing team.  In this pivotal role, you will report to the Chief People officer and partner with the Csuite to elevate organizational performance and drive a high performance culture.  As the lead partner to the business, you will manage a team of HRBPs to ensure our service catalog is aligned with business needs, develop programs that support our business objectives, foster a culture of inclusivity, and drive employee engagement. As a key member of the leadership team, you will collaborate cross-functionally to align organizational goals with Company operating plan. . What you’ll be doing (Key Responsibilities): . Lead, inspire and align a small team of HRBPs with the key stakeholders in the business . Advise the Csuite and key partners in all matters critical to performance management, organizational development, succession and workforce planning  . Coach leaders to drive high performance culture and develop succession planning strategies . Collaborate with HR colleagues to develop best practices for center of excellence functions, including total rewards, learning and development, employee relations and people operations  . Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan and strategic direction of the company . Drive initiatives and partner with people operations to support a high performance culture through workforce analytics and data driven decisions . Establish clear goals, performance metrics and accountability practices to drive results across the company . Own the Service Level Agreement and accountability for internal clients and lead the team to exceeds results for internal stakeholders . Partner with colleagues to drive smart and effective communications that align with overall business initiatives . Provide guidance on employee relations issues and ensure compliance with domestic and international labor laws and regulations. .  . We're looking for: . Talented at navigating complex issues, working across teams and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in a technology or SaaS environment, preferred in a company with >1,000 employees . Proven experience in developing and executing successful HR strategies in alignment with business growth . Previous experience as a former Vice President of HRBPs or People Team. Global experience in people operations with a deep understanding on how to utilize data to drive results . Leader, global M&A experience from start to integration . Global knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, performance management in the US, EMEA and other countries . Proficiency in HRIS and related software applications. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification is preferred. Company Location: United States.
