You will be responsible for assisting customers with their financial inquiries, ensuring they have the support they need in a timely and efficient manner.. Key Responsibilities. . Respond to customer inquiries regarding financial products and services via phone, email, and live chat in Italian.. . Provide information on account management, transactions, and financial regulations.. . Assist customers with troubleshooting issues related to their accounts and services.. . Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and follow up to ensure satisfaction.. . Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex inquiries and improve service delivery.. . Stay informed about financial trends and company offerings to provide current information to clients.. . . Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.. . Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the finance or banking sector.. . Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.. . Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.. .
