
Temporary Technical Service Representative at Hireframe. We’re seeking two Temporary Customer Support Representatives to assist with a critical customer communication initiative scheduled from July through October 2025. These contractors will play a frontline role in notifying a specific segment of customers about an upcoming price adjustment, addressing their concerns, and supporting next steps.. This is a customer-facing role that involves phone and email communication. Ideal candidates are empathetic, clear communicators who are comfortable handling sensitive conversations and common objections with professionalism and poise.. Responsibilities. . Contact assigned customers by email and Zoom phone calls to communicate details of the upcoming price increase.. . Confidently handle objections and concerns, using guidance provided during training.. . Accurately reference customer-specific information such as account history, product usage, and price changes from Google Sheets.. . Maintain detailed, structured call notes using Planhat (CS platform).. . Follow defined escalation protocols for customers requesting management involvement.. . If trained, assist in drafting and sending updated contracts to customers after conversations.. . Track communication completion status using Google Sheets.. . . Prior experience in a customer support, CSR, or client-facing role. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills. . Calm under pressure and confident navigating challenging conversations. . Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new systems. . Strong attention to detail and a proactive communicator. . Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. .
