Radical Transparency. . Visionary. . Role & Responsibilities. The Program Manager role is critical to the success of our agency and long-term client partnerships. Acting as the operational lead for strategic retainers and select projects, this individual ensures that client goals are translated into actionable plans with clear scope, timelines, and acceptance criteria.. This isn’t a client services or account management role—our Program Managers are hands-on delivery leads. They combine relationship management with strong technical and operational acumen, guiding multi-service roadmaps that span CRO, Retention, SEO, and Shopify Design & Development. While the primary focus is ongoing retainers, Program Managers may also own discrete projects depending on bandwidth and business need.. Working cross-functionally with Strategy, Development, Design, and Retention teams, you’ll ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, clarity, and alignment with client expectations.. Key Responsibilities. . Serve as the primary operational lead across assigned retainer accounts and occasional projects . . Own the roadmap: translate strategy into prioritized initiatives with scope, tasks, and acceptance criteria . . Facilitate weekly/biweekly client check-ins and ensure alignment across all deliverables . . Identify blockers, manage scope changes, and resolve delivery challenges proactively . . Maintain visibility into progress across all services and departments involved in a program . . Collaborate with the broader team to uncover upsell or cross-sell opportunities . . Build and maintain detailed timelines across all program workstreams . . Manage and assign tasks in project management tools (Asana, Jira, Notion, etc.) . . Monitor budgets and hours to keep retainers on track and profitable . . Uphold process quality through documentation, QA checks, and internal coordination . . Ensure roadmap items are aligned with eCommerce best practices and platform capabilities . . Help define technical requirements and success criteria—especially for Shopify work . . Stay sharp on retention strategy, CRO methods, SEO foundations, and UX standards . . Serve as a liaison between clients and technical teams to ensure clarity and feasibility. . Core Attributes. . Curious, empathetic, and motivated by client success . . Exceptional attention to detail but able to zoom out to assess big-picture strategy . . Calm under pressure, excellent at prioritization and risk mitigation . . Strong written and verbal communicator . . Experience. . 3–5+ years in a Program Management, Project Management, or Digital Operations role . . Demonstrated ability to lead multi-channel programs or retainers (ideally in eCommerce, agency, or SaaS) . . Familiar with agile delivery methods, client-facing documentation, and feedback loops . . Technical/Domain Expertise. . Understanding of Shopify theme structure, app ecosystem, and storefront logic . . Exposure to retention platforms (Klaviyo), CRO tooling (Dynamic Yield, Visually, Hotjar, GA), and SEO workflows . . Confident working across teams to translate business goals into tech-driven outcomes. Company Location: United States.
