Lead and mentor a cross-functional DevOps team including DBAs and MLOps engineers, fostering professional growth and team cohesion.. . Design and implement self-service tooling that allows product teams to independently manage infrastructure, deployment, and monitoring workflows.. . Drive architectural evolution toward a multi-region AWS platform, supporting scale with active-active or standby deployments and global traffic distribution.. . Advance release management with modern deployment patterns including blue/green, canary, feature flags, and immutable infrastructure.. . Implement and own reliability engineering practices, including Site Reliability Objectives (SLOs), chaos engineering, auto-remediation, and incident response.. . Work closely with engineering, data, and product teams to align DevOps initiatives with broader business goals and technical roadmaps.. . Contribute directly through Terraform modules, Helm chart optimization, code reviews, and high-severity incident support.. . . Minimum 4 years of leadership in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering, and at least 7 years in hands-on infrastructure roles.. . Expert-level knowledge of AWS, including designing and managing multi-region architectures supporting high transaction volumes.. .
