Conduct in-depth market and talent mapping across international geographies. Identify, approach, and engage senior-level candidates for global search assignments. Build and maintain talent pipelines within key industries such as Life Sciences and Industrial sectors. Write and present high-quality candidate reports, market insights, and research documentation. Collaborate closely with senior consultants and project leads to deliver on retained mandates. Use LinkedIn, internal databases, and market intelligence tools to support long-term talent strategy. Manage candidate communications and scheduling throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Uphold professional standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and communication in all search-related activities. Qualifications and Experience. 3–5 years of experience in a . researcher.  or . 180 recruitment role. , ideally within international or executive search environments.
