Deliver high-quality customer service in German through phone, email, and chat regarding consumer electronics inquiries. . Assist customers in understanding product specifications, availability, and order processes. . Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to enhance product usage. . Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. . Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively. .
