This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced data professional to design and optimize high-impact data pipelines supporting analytics, compliance, and customer insights in the financial services industry. You'll work cross-functionally to drive integration between Salesforce and enterprise platforms, ensuring data quality and performance within a highly regulated environment. Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks, Apache Spark, and Delta Lake.. . Integrate Salesforce data into enterprise systems to support 360° customer views and regulatory reporting.. . Collaborate with cross-departmental teams including compliance, analytics, and sales to deliver tailored data solutions.. . Ensure data governance, lineage, and integrity, aligning with regulatory standards like FINRA, GDPR, and SEC.. . Document data architectures, pipeline logic, and integration workflows with clarity and consistency.. . Optimize workflows for speed, cost-efficiency, and reliability in cloud environments.. . . . Minimum 5 years of experience in data engineering or a related field.. . Expertise in Databricks, Apache Spark, and Delta Lake.. . Proficiency in Python, SQL, and orchestration tools such as Airflow or Databricks Workflows.. . Solid knowledge of Salesforce APIs, data models, and integration tools.. . Experience in CI/CD implementation and DevOps best practices.. . Familiarity with financial services data standards and compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR).. . Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, Sigma Computing, or Looker.. . Working knowledge of Unity Catalog, Alation, or similar data cataloging tools.. .
