Proactively identify and build relationships with new clients within the UK manufacturing and food sectors (or sector of your own) . . . Client Management: . Act as a key point of contact for client accounts, delivering tailored recruitment solutions and maintaining long-term partnerships. . . . Candidate Sourcing: . Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a high-quality match with client requirements. . . . Process Management: . Oversee recruitment processes from job briefing to offer stage, including negotiating contracts and coordinating onboarding. . . . Brand Representation: . Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role (end-to-end recruitment cycle) . . Background in or strong understanding of the . manufacturing, food industry or similar (Can also be in a complete new sector) . . . Demonstrated ability to develop new business and maintain client relationships . . Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities . . Quick-thinking, highly responsive, and able to work autonomously . . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . . Desirable Attributes: . .
