Lead the Company Pillar Systems organization, scaling platforms, processes, and AI-powered tools to support People, Legal, and Finance functions.. Drive the adoption of generative AI capabilities and champion experimentation across business systems.. Oversee and optimize core platforms, including ServiceNow, Workday, Workato, and company-wide AI/ML tools.. Ensure operational excellence by establishing guardrails, standards, and best practices for system governance, automation, and data quality.. Build and mentor a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive team, cultivating a psychologically safe work environment.. Partner with internal tech teams and business leadership to translate strategic goals into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.. Extensive technical experience, ideally with a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field..
