We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Bookkeeper to manage and maintain accurate financial records for our business. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in bookkeeping practices, excellent knowledge of QuickBooks, and the ability to provide financial insights and forecasts.. Key Responsibilities. . Reconcile Accounts: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial statements.. . Update Books: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.. . Coding & Tagging: Categorize and tag expenses, income, and other transactions correctly.. . QuickBooks Management: Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping, reporting, and financial organization.. . Financial Forecasting: Prepare and generate financial forecasts and budget reports to support business decisions.. . Clean-Up & Audit: Review and clean up existing books; ensure compliance and accuracy through periodic internal audits.. . Reporting: Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.. . Requirements. . Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role.. . Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online preferred).. . Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.. . Experience with account reconciliations, coding, and tagging.. . Ability to prepare forecasts and provide financial insights.. . Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.. . Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.. . Preferred Qualifications. . Experience cleaning up and auditing books.. . Familiarity with financial compliance and tax preparation processes.. . Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.. .
