As an eCommerce Manager, your success will be measured by your ability to deliver a seamless, engaging, and high-converting online shopping experience. You’ll own day-to-day Ecommerce operations while contributing to growth, customer experience, and digital strategy.. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:. eCommerce Operations & Site Management. . Manage the Shopify storefront including site updates, product setup, backend optimization, and sale management.. . Partner with brand and creative teams to build landing pages and seasonal content aligned with product launches and campaigns.. . Ensure site functionality, performance, and compliance – maintaining a strong understanding of Shopify backend systems.. . Collaborate with SEO teams to optimize site visibility and pipeline.. . Growth & Revenue Delivery. . Support leadership in executing digital strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.. . Partner with performance marketing teams on paid campaigns and landing page optimization.. . Oversee email marketing flows and campaigns in collaboration with the email team.. . Lead visual merchandising strategy to maximize conversion across categories and key initiatives.. . Customer Experience & Engagement. . Manage customer loyalty programs, referral programs, and reviews.. . Evaluate and implement CX tools (e.g., Stamped for reviews, Narvar for tracking, Gorgias for service, Grin for influencer marketing).. . Consistently seek opportunities to improve customer experience across touchpoints.. . Analytics & Reporting. .
