Provide business support to Spanish-speaking clients through effective communication via phone, email, and chat.. . Assist in managing client inquiries, offering solutions and guidance to improve their interactions with the company.. . Document client interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system for quality assurance and future reference.. .
