Responsibilities. . Assist Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to bookings, accommodations, and travel plans.. . Provide information on travel destinations, explain policies, and guide customers through the booking process.. . Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction.. . Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain communication and track customer feedback.. . Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary.. . Stay informed about current promotions, travel trends, and destination highlights to provide informed assistance.. . . Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.. .
