We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide telehealth therapy and clinical support for clients across Kentucky. This position centers on helping people navigate emotional, behavioral, and situational challenges through consistent treatment, practical guidance, and well-documented care. You will play a key role in helping clients stabilize, set goals, and move forward with the right support plan in place.. Responsibilities:. Deliver virtual psychotherapy sessions to assigned clients. Complete psychosocial assessments and establish treatment priorities. Develop, review, and adjust treatment plans based on clinical progress. Document all sessions, assessments, and care updates accurately. Recognize crisis situations and follow proper intervention procedures. Provide referrals to community or specialty resources when appropriate.
