Responsibilities. . Research commercial properties and find ownership information. . Market current listings. . Backtrace or skip trace to find contact info of property owners. . Make calls to commercial property owners. . Provide administrative assistance, including reminders on important dates. . Assist with the administration and management of commercial properties, including ensuring compliance with regulations and policies. . Serve as a liaison between property owners, tenants, and service providers. . Maintain accurate records of property maintenance, inspections, and tenant interactions. . Support the leasing process by preparing documents, processing applications, and conducting tenant screenings. . Coordinate property maintenance and repair requests, ensuring timely resolutions. . Manage tenant communications, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally. . Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies for vacant properties. . Prepare reports and presentations for property management purposes. . Stay updated on local property management regulations and market trends. . . Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support within the commercial property management sector. . Strong understanding of commercial property management practices and terminology. . Experience with commercial property research, including finding ownership and contact information. . Proven ability to market current listings and perform property skip tracing. . Experience with appointment setting and providing general administrative assistance, including managing reminders. . Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. . Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software. . Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. . Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote workspace. . High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information. .
