You’ll be reaching out to up to . 3,500 customers.  in the Philippines for a . quick 10–15 minute call.  to collect key information using a . secure, form-based system.  (no raw data export).. What You’ll Do. . Make outbound calls to customers in the Philippines. . Conduct short, structured conversations to gather specific information. . Enter responses directly into a secure form-based system. . Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all data collected. . Follow call scripts and guidelines while maintaining a friendly, professional tone. . What We’re Looking For. . Strong verbal communication skills in both . Tagalog and English. . . Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with a variety of customers. . Detail-oriented with a focus on accurate data entry. . Able to follow structured processes and handle information securely. . Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus, but not required. .
