Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding job requirements to final offer negotiation.. . Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.. . Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptions.. . Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and engage passive and active candidates.. . Conduct technical interviews and assess candidates skills and experience to ensure alignment with client needs.. . Maintain a high level of candidate engagement and ensure a positive recruitment experience.. . Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to leadership on hiring progress.. . Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting.. . Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and legal requirements.. . . Proven experience . (3+ years) as a technical recruiter in the US market. , preferably within the IT or tech industry, hiring for US-based clients.. . Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and recruitment best practices.. . Familiarity with. MSP. business models and the specific technical skill sets required.. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.. . Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.. .
