We’re hiring a Marketing Lead to take ownership of our strategy and lead marketing programs to success in our ANZ region. This role is responsible for driving net new and upsell customer acquisition by localising and executing high-performing marketing campaigns. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product Marketing and the broader Marketing team to align marketing efforts with pipeline targets, while adapting global strategies to resonate with your local audience. This position is offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide parental leave coverage. . What you will do. . Develop and execute a localised marketing strategy that aligns with regional pipeline and revenue targets. . Maintain a deep understanding of the local market, customer behaviours, competitive landscape and emerging trends, adapting messaging and tactics accordingly. . Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of integrated campaigns across channels including digital, events, webinars, content, email, ABM and social media. . Oversee campaign execution to ensure high-quality delivery, alignment with brand guidelines and clear regional relevance. . Partner closely with regional Sales and SDR teams to ensure campaigns are tightly aligned with sales objectives and drive tangible pipeline impact. . Actively monitor campaign performance, sales follow-up activity and funnel progression, taking an optimisation-focused approach. . Collaborate with global marketing teams (brand, creative, content, email automation, web) to drive campaign improvements and ensure global-to-local consistency. . Serve as the key point of contact for local agency, media and event partners, managing these relationships to maximise ROI. . Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Customer Success and Digital teams to ensure content and digital experiences are relevant and effective in-market. . Track marketing performance against pipeline targets and report on key metrics such as MQLs, conversion rates and forecast alignment. . Use data and analytics to drive continuous improvement, campaign optimisation and funnel refinement. . Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring resources are invested wisely and in alignment with strategic priorities. . Ensure all marketing activity upholds EP’s brand identity and values. . About you. . Experience leading regional marketing or demand generation in a B2B tech or SaaS environment. . Strong track record of developing and executing strategies that drive measurable pipeline growth. . People leadership experience, with the ability to influence stakeholders and cross-functional teams across levels. . Proven ability to lead within a global marketing structure while championing regional needs. . Demonstrated ability to tailor messaging and strategy for different audiences, cultures and market conditions. . Advanced campaign planning and execution experience across digital, events, content and ABM. . Highly proficient in interpreting marketing performance data to inform decisions and influence direction. . Excellent communication skills, able to present insights and strategies clearly and persuasively. . Skilled collaborator with a strong ability to align Sales, Marketing and external partners toward shared goals. .
