As a SharePoint/Power Platform Developer, you will collaborate closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into functional applications that meet client needs. You will also provide technical guidance and best practices to end-users, fostering self-service capabilities. . Due to the nature of our work as a federal consulting organization, employees may be expected to handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and must adhere to applicable safeguarding and compliance requirements. Additionally, all team members may be called upon to support proposal efforts as needed. This could include resume formatting, providing skills alignment summaries, participating in meetings, or contributing to solutioning activities based on subject matter expertise or functional experience. . Responsibilities . Maintain and enhance SharePoint Online intranet and team collaboration sites . Migrate legacy SharePoint sites to SharePoint Online (Modern) . Build integrations between SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and other M365 services . Design, develop, and maintain solutions using SPFx, Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse . Create business rules and automation logic to facilitate data workflows across Power Platform and Microsoft SharePoint . Integrate solutions with REST APIs, Azure services, and Microsoft Graph . Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend developers, UX designers, and testers . Maintain and enhance applications through iterative sprints and CI/CD pipelines . Ensure accessibility, performance, and security compliance . Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily standups . 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint in enterprise environments . Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PnP, and M365 tools . Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD processes . Familiarity with Agile SDLC, user story development, and DevOps practices . Preferred Qualifications . Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate . Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate . Experience in user-centered design and accessibility (Section 508 and WCAG) is a plus . Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, React . Work Environment & Physical Requirements . This is a remote/work-from-home position. The employee is expected to maintain a professional and distraction-free home office environment with reliable internet access and the ability to participate in video and audio calls during standard working hours. Standard office equipment such as a computer, phone, and webcam will be used regularly. .
