Key Responsibilities. Oversee and manage the entire sales progression process from offer to completion.. Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage brokers to ensure timely and efficient sales transactions.. Proactively chase documentation, address issues and delays, and maintain consistent communication throughout the process.. Keep all stakeholders updated with clear, timely reports and updates.. Maintain accurate, well-documented records of communications and actions taken.. Ensure compliance with timelines, legal requirements, and company standards.. Handle any escalations or complaints with professionalism and empathy.. Qualifications and Experience. Minimum of 2 years' experience.  in a . sales progression or property sales support role. ..
