From small businesses to large multinational enterprises, you’ll manage engagement project workflows from initial scoping and planning through full restoration, overseeing timelines, task coordination, documentation, and deliverables.. In high-pressure situations like ransomware attacks, you'll help teams stay organized and on track, ensuring work stream efforts run smoothly regardless of scale or complexity. This role involves working closely with technical experts, legal teams, and client leadership, translating objectives into clear, actionable plans.. Working hand-in-hand with MOXFIVE Technical Advisors, you’ll turn strategy into execution. Leveraging the MOXFIVE platform to streamline workflows, maintain visibility across incidents, and ensure consistent coordination, bringing precision, speed, and structure to every engagement.. What You’ll Bring. . 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in cybersecurity or IT restoration. . Experience managing high-pressure, client-facing technical engagements. . Ability to align business recovery objectives with technical response efforts. . Strong verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level updates. . Proven experience working with legal teams, forensics providers, IT, and insurance carriers during incidents. . Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple fast-moving priorities. . Comfortable working flexible hours as incidents unfold. . Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or a related field. . Compensation: . $100K - $130K plus company bonus incentives.
