Format: Full-time, Remote, Company based in Tallinn, Estonia. About the Role:. We’re a growing mobile accessories retailer headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia – managing a network of ~15 retail locations and scaling fast. With 95% of revenue driven by accessories and the rest by mobile phone repairs, we’re looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to partner directly with the CEO and ensure operational excellence across all stores.. Key Responsibilities:. Operational & Performance Management. • Supervise daily operations across ~15 stores. • Monitor retail KPIs: sales per day/store, APV, UPT, and accessory attach rate. • Lead daily and weekly team performance reviews, enforce checklists, reports, and corrective actions. • Maintain sales and operations dashboards (Excel/Google Sheets or ERP) — covering sales, repairs, returns, and logistics SLAs. Inventory & Logistics Control. • Manage inventory turnover, replenishment, and transfers between stores. • Prevent overstocking and control aging inventory (>60 days). • Track OOS rates, stock accuracy, and pricing integrity. • Oversee repair turnaround times and monitor upsell/return metrics. Analytics & Reporting. • Build dashboards to track KPIs and identify improvement areas. • Analyze data using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH. • Provide weekly performance reports and strategic recommendations to the CEO. Cross-Team Coordination. • Act as the communication bridge between CEO, retail teams, and suppliers. • Support decision-making through structured analysis and follow-ups. • Ensure clarity, consistency, and execution across all operational levels. • 3–5+ years in multi-store retail (mobile accessories or electronics). • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency (Pivot, Lookup functions, Forecasting). • Experience with POS/ERP systems (Erply or similar). • Strong background in inventory and logistics management. • Proven ability to manage KPI-driven teams and processes. • Fluent in Russian and English; Estonian is a plus. • Structured, analytical, and execution-focused — a doer, not a coordinator. Nice to Have:. • Experience creating dashboards for sales, repairs, and logistics. • Familiarity with performance metrics: DOH, OOS%, SLA, and return rates. Company Location: Kazakhstan.
