You will collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering leadership to deliver high-value solutions while shaping the technical roadmap. Accountabilities:. ·         Architect, design, and implement scalable frontend and backend systems using .NET Core and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).. ·         Drive modernization of monolithic applications, enabling service-oriented architectures and independent deployment.. ·         Implement and advocate Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and DevOps practices to ensure system stability, performance, and rapid deployment.. ·         Mentor and support engineers, fostering technical growth, high-quality standards, and adoption of best practices.. ·         Collaborate with Product and Design teams to deliver solutions aligned with business goals and customer value.. ·         Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation (system designs, API specifications, architecture diagrams).. ·         Troubleshoot and optimize performance, scalability, and security across applications.. ·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.. ·         6+ years of full-stack software development experience in SaaS or technology-driven environments.. ·         Proficiency in .NET Core and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).. ·         Strong frontend skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and backend expertise (.NET Core).. ·         Deep understanding of SQL databases and data modeling best practices.. ·         Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.. ·         Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.. ·         Ability to work independently and mentor team members while managing multiple priorities..
