We are currently hiring a Manager, Sales Operations to lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize sales processes, systems, and tools, ensuring seamless execution and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will improve lead management, enhance conversion rates, and enable the sales team to perform at a higher level through strategic planning, operational excellence, and performance insights. . . Execute and continuously optimize the existing sales process playbook.. . Analyze sales performance data and generate actionable insights to improve conversion and velocity.. . Design and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, process health, and team productivity.. . Identify and implement automation opportunities and system enhancements across the Zoho CRM and related tools.. . Lead training and enablement efforts to ensure adoption of tools, reports, and processes.. . Partner with sales, brand, growth, and operations teams to streamline workflows and remove bottlenecks.. . Implement controls and validation processes to ensure compliance and data accuracy across systems.. . . 5–7 years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, with a strong track record of optimizing and executing sales ops playbooks in B2B environments.. . Strong working knowledge of Zoho CRM (or a similar CRM platform).. . Experience in a high-volume, lower average deal-size commercial setting.. . Self-starter with strong project management skills; able to prioritize multiple initiatives and drive outcomes across stakeholders.. .
