In this role, you will:. . Lead career readiness training sessions and workshops, preparing learners for job attainment and mid-level roles in technology.. . Provide professional development coaching in areas including interviewing, resume and cover letter writing, LinkedIn optimization, job search strategies, and workplace success skills.. . Administer and support the job readiness assessment process, offering remediation and individualized coaching when needed.. . Manage learner performance, attendance, and engagement for classes of up to 40 individuals.. . Serve as the primary point of contact for learner questions and concerns, offering ongoing career advisement and guidance.. . Collaborate with instructors and support teams to track learner progress, prepare evaluations, and maintain accurate data in CRM and LMS systems.. . Facilitate learner participation in corporate engagements, mock interviews, networking events, and other career development opportunities.. . The ideal candidate will have:. . 3–5 years of experience in workforce development, job readiness coaching, or adult education.. . Experience with talent acquisition, adult learning, or organizational development in the tech sector is a plus.. . Proven experience leading classroom instruction and facilitating adult learning.. . Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Suite, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).. . Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.. .
