We are currently looking for a Manager, Professional Development in the United States.. This role is designed for a passionate professional dedicated to preparing individuals for career success in the technology sector. You will lead career readiness programs, provide coaching and guidance, and support learners in developing the skills, confidence, and strategies needed to secure meaningful employment. The position offers the opportunity to manage classes, facilitate workshops, and partner with learners one-on-one, ensuring they achieve their career goals. You will work closely with instructors, learner support teams, and talent partners to enhance the overall learner experience. Success in this role requires strong communication, organization, and instructional skills, along with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. In this role, you will:. . Lead career readiness training sessions and workshops, preparing learners for job attainment and mid-level roles in technology.. . Provide professional development coaching in areas including interviewing, resume and cover letter writing, LinkedIn optimization, job search strategies, and workplace success skills.. . Administer and support the job readiness assessment process, offering remediation and individualized coaching when needed.. . Manage learner performance, attendance, and engagement for classes of up to 40 individuals.. . Serve as the primary point of contact for learner questions and concerns, offering ongoing career advisement and guidance.. . Collaborate with instructors and support teams to track learner progress, prepare evaluations, and maintain accurate data in CRM and LMS systems.. . Facilitate learner participation in corporate engagements, mock interviews, networking events, and other career development opportunities.. . The ideal candidate will have:. . 3–5 years of experience in workforce development, job readiness coaching, or adult education.. . Experience with talent acquisition, adult learning, or organizational development in the tech sector is a plus.. . Proven experience leading classroom instruction and facilitating adult learning.. . Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Suite, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).. . Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.. . Data-driven and results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives.. . Collaborative and flexible work style, able to partner cross-functionally and work independently.. .
