What You’ll Do. ✔️ Contact potential clients via phone, email, or messaging to set appointments. ✔️ Listen actively and reassure with empathy. ✔️ Manage and update calendars accurately. ✔️ Keep clear records of conversations and follow-ups. ✔️ Adapt quickly to new tools, scripts, and processes. ✔️ Work with multiple clients, each with unique systems and needs. What We’re Looking For.  🔹 Full-time availability (no part-time/flexible setups). 🔹 Must be able to work Canada business hours. 🔹 Strong English communication skills (written & spoken). 🔹 Fast learner – able to adapt across different clients. 🔹 Empathetic and people-oriented – you know how to listen and reassure. 🔹 Reliable laptop, headset, and strong internet connection. 🔹 Appointment setting, sales, or customer service experience is a plus. ✨ Most importantly: experience as a human being is required :D.
