You will serve as a subject matter expert for integration projects, providing guidance and support to ensure successful deployment and adoption of eProcurement systems. Manage end-to-end integration projects connecting customer systems with eCommerce platforms.. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with automated customer orders, invoices, and related processes.. Identify system and process automation opportunities to improve efficiency.. Act as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for integration deliverables.. Collaborate with internal support teams to meet service level expectations.. Ensure customer adherence to contractual agreements and optimize ROI opportunities.. Develop strategic relationships with customers, suppliers, and peers to align business objectives.. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within integration workflows.. . Typically 3+ years of experience in eCommerce operations or IT environments, supporting and training users.. Strong understanding of B2B API integration principles and protocols such as cXML, OCI, XML, EDI.. Knowledge of eProcurement platforms such as Ariba, SAP, Oracle, or Coupa is desirable.. Experience with electronic order/invoice messages (Order, Confirmation, ASN, Invoice) and communication methods (AS2, HTTPS, VAN)..
