Growth Marketing Lead at Rockstar. Rockstar is recruiting for a client that builds learning programs designed to turn practitioners into experts. This organization partners with industry leaders to create educational products that drive transformations. They are a small, high-agency team that punches above its weight and is scaling from building its own courses to working directly with software companies on their education initiatives.. The Role. The successful candidate will own growth across the organization's programs, working at the intersection of technical content, experimentation, and AI-powered workflows. This is not a traditional marketing role. They will spend their days writing posts that teach something real, building automations that scale what works, and running experiments to figure out what works in the first place. They will work directly with the CEO on a daily basis.. What You'll Do. Create technical content that drives conversion. - Write compelling educational threads, posts, and emails on topics like enterprise AI architecture, GTM automation, LLM security, DeFi mechanisms.. - Ghostwrite for course creators and partners, translating their expertise & voice into content that builds audience and fills cohorts.. - Develop new course material and documentation as programs evolve.. Run growth experiments constantly. - Deeply understand & iterate on customer personas, product value props, and messaging.. - Design and execute experiments across channels (email, X, LinkedIn, community).. - Measure what's working: separate signal from noise, identify leading & lagging indicators.. - Kill what isn't, double down on what is.. Scale with AI workflows. - Document the procedural & tacit knowledge involved in the work with concrete examples to onboard LLMs to the team's workflows.. - Leverage AI tools (or build custom workflows) to scale output and move faster - whether that's personalizing outreach, researching prospects, or repurposing content across formats.. - The ideal candidate should already be doing this for themselves and will now apply these skills within the team.. What We're Looking For. - Growth experimentation mindset: The candidate has run real experiments before - not just "tried some things." They have opinions on sample sizes, attribution, and when to call a test. They are comfortable with ambiguity and can design their way out of it.. - Technical storytelling ability: They can take a complex topic - why evals matter for agentic AI, what makes a good Clay table, how Uniswap v4 hooks work - and turn it into content people actually want to read. They understand narrative structure: hooks, tension, payoff. Their writing doesn't sound like marketing.. - AI-native workflow builder: They use LLMs as thinking partners, not just autocomplete. They've built (or are eager to build) automations that combine AI with other tools to do things that would otherwise require a team. They’re familiar with “context engineering.”. Operating Values. - Excellence: The team sweats details. They act like every touchpoint matters because it does. They assume attention is scarce and earned.. - Empathy: They study users and the market like professionals. They know what else exists and can articulate why they are different. They build the experience users would describe as “I’ve never seen anything like this.”. - Momentum: They move fast, not as a personality trait, but as a method. They ship, learn, iterate. Action produces information. They do not confuse motion with progress, but they also do not let perfectionism become procrastination.. - Agency: The organization hires and operates around ownership. They seek people who figure it out, who ask for help when needed but do not wait for permission to be excellent. People who can drive outcomes, not just tasks.. Compensation & Details. - Full-time role, competitive salary.. - Remote, with preference for North American timezones for live programming overlap.. - Seniority: Mid-level to senior, but the team cares more about trajectory than tenure: candidates should show what they've built.. Company Location: United States.
