Accountabilities:. ·         Provide strategic counsel to leadership on organizational design, employee development, and performance management. ·         Serve as a key advisor and coach on team dynamics, talent strategies, and employee relations. ·         Lead people-driven initiatives including headcount planning, succession planning, and change management. ·         Partner cross-functionally to design and implement scalable HR programs that enhance employee engagement and retention. ·         Collaborate with recruiting and leadership to align hiring with future business needs. ·         Support key HR cycles including compensation reviews, learning programs, and DEI initiatives. ·         Champion company values while promoting a culture of trust, collaboration, and excellence. ·         7+ years of progressive HR experience, including 4+ years as a strategic HR Business Partner. ·         Proven success in a scaling or high-growth environment. ·         Strong foundation in HR disciplines such as talent development, performance management, and employee relations. ·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. ·         Business acumen and analytical thinking to align HR strategies with company goals. ·         Comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading through change.
