Our client is a U.S.-based digital marketing and enablement agency helping B2B businesses amplify their online presence and thought leadership. They specialize in social media, podcast promotion, and content repurposing—delivering high-value marketing strategies that build authority and drive engagement.. About the Role. We are seeking a Social Media Manager with strong organizational skills and excellent communication. This is an internal-facing role focused on growing the agency’s own brand presence, supporting the launch of a new podcast, and managing community engagement. Over time, the role may expand into managing LinkedIn client accounts.. Key Responsibilities. . Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (mainly LinkedIn).. . Repurpose and schedule content consistently across multiple platforms.. . Promote and distribute podcast episodes, video clips, and newsletters.. . Support a new Slack community with light moderation and engagement.. . Track engagement trends and provide optimization insights.. . (Future) Assist with LinkedIn engagement for select client accounts.. . . 3+ years of experience managing social media accounts, online communities, or digital campaigns.. . Excellent written and spoken English; strong communicator.. . Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.. . Comfortable learning new tools quickly (Slack, Canva, podcast platforms).. . Experience supporting podcasts or digital marketing initiatives.. . Familiarity with LinkedIn B2B engagement.. . Background in community management or customer support.. . Reliable internet and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.. . Company Location: Argentina.
