As a Danish-speaking International Freelance Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in our international recruitment projects. This is a remote freelance position with a strong focus on performance and independence.. During your first three months, you’ll receive a paid onboarding and training period, where you’ll get hands-on guidance, tools, and support while learning our processes and building your candidate pipeline. After this period, the role continues on a commission basis – with no earning cap.. You should be comfortable dedicating around 30–40 hours per week, as success in this role depends on consistency and commitment.. Responsibilities. Source and headhunt Danish-speaking candidates for roles abroad . Source and headhunt candidates in English for various language-based roles . Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ suitability . Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process . Collaborate with the internal team to understand client needs and job profiles . Manage your own pipeline and work proactively to fill open roles . Follow up with candidates after placement to ensure smooth onboarding . Fluent in Danish (native or near-native level) and proficient in English . Previous experience in recruitment (agency or international setting preferred) . Comfortable working in a freelance, commission-based environment . Skilled in sourcing and headhunting (especially via LinkedIn and social media) . Self-driven, organised, and able to work independently .
