Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment. . Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement personalized care plans. . Participate in activities and programs that promote residents' social engagement. . Engage in ongoing training and development to further enhance caregiving skills. . . Previous experience as a caregiver or in an assisted living environment is preferred. . Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to care. .
