The ideal candidate has strong technical and documentation skills, a deep understanding of construction detailing, and experience delivering design-driven projects. You will support the Dubai studio across all phases of design and production, contributing to both creative development and technical delivery.. Key Responsibilities. Translate design concepts and schematic layouts into coordinated, detailed architectural drawings and technical documentation.. Support project leads in developing full drawing packages, specifications, and schedules for tender and construction.. Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure accuracy and consistency across documentation sets.. Review and redline drawings for precision, compliance, and constructability.. Manage revisions, drawing registers, and document control using studio standards.. Ensure all outputs meet the design intent and quality benchmarks established by the Dubai studio.. Collaborate closely via digital platforms (Slack, Trello, BIM tools) for seamless communication and workflow alignment.. Contribute ideas for improving documentation systems, drawing standards, and production efficiency.. Requirements. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.. Minimum 5–7 years of experience in architectural production or documentation roles.. Proven ability to deliver working drawings for premium residential or commercial projects.. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (SketchUp, Enscape, or D5 familiarity a plus).. Strong attention to detail and understanding of building systems, materials, and local/international standards..
