Own and drive the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and performance management to development, retention, and offboarding. Conduct regular 1:1 check-ins to monitor engagement, well-being, and performance, proactively identifying and addressing risks (burnout, low performance, retention concerns). Partner closely with Department Heads and Team Leads to strengthen team effectiveness, improve performance, and resolve complex people matters. Lead and support leadership and team development initiatives to build strong managerial capability. Analyze HR metrics and translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations. Support compensation and performance review processes, ensuring fairness, consistency, and alignment with business goal. Continuously improve and optimize HR processes, frameworks, and internal policies. Contribute to strategic HR initiatives and cross-functional projects supporting organizational growth and scaling. 2+ years of experience as an HR Manager, HR People Partner, or in a similar HR role. Fluent English proficiency. Hands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, probation, performance reviews, retention, offboarding). Strong understanding of performance management and employee motivation principles. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively partner with managers and employees at all levels. Confidence working with HR data, metrics, and reports, with the ability to make informed decisions based on insights. Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a high level of responsibility and ownership. Nice to Have. Coaching or mentoring experience. Company Location: Ukraine.
