Collaborate closely with inbound sales to refine processes and improve lead quality. . Oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns and projects. . Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement scalable SOPs and automation. . Continuously evaluate new technologies to improve marketing efficiency and scalability. . . 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, ideally within a high-growth SaaS environment. . Advanced proficiency in Hubspot (certification preferred); Salesforce experience is a plus. . Deep understanding of marketing attribution models, UTM tracking, lead scoring, and campaign analytics. . Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. . Experience with building and managing marketing workflows, forms, and landing pages. . Proven project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives. . A self-starter with strong business acumen and a proactive, hands-on approach to solving problems. .
