Deliver responsive technical support by managing helpdesk tickets, onboarding/offboarding staff, and troubleshooting a wide range of systems and applications.. . Oversee and execute IT-related projects that improve operational efficiency, including automation, internal software enhancements, and cost-effectiveness initiatives.. . Strengthen cybersecurity across the company through proactive risk management, internal training, threat monitoring, and policy development.. . Support a wide range of platforms and applications while contributing ideas for improving internal systems and workflows.. .
