Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems. . Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions or escalate to the appropriate team. . Document customer interactions, solutions, and follow-ups in CRM or helpdesk software. . Provide guidance on product/service usage, policies, and procedures. . Track and resolve tickets efficiently, ensuring SLA (Service Level Agreement) compliance. . Collaborate with internal teams (IT, product, or operations) to resolve complex issues. . Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies. . Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to management to improve processes. . High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred. . 1–3 years of experience in . customer support, helpdesk, or technical support. roles. .
