You will lead large-scale, multidisciplinary telecom projects from inception through completion, working with leading architects, engineers, contractors, and clients. Lead and manage complex technology systems design projects, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery of telecom and related systems.. . Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to develop design parameters, specifications, and coordinated construction documents.. . Oversee project phases from programming to construction closeout, delegating technical tasks to optimize workflow and team development.. . Participate in business development activities, including pursuit interviews, proposal preparation, and fee negotiation.. . Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge sharing by developing training materials and participating in TEECOMuniversity.. . Serve as a trusted advisor, making critical design and project decisions while maintaining strong client relationships and securing repeat business.. . . Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical preferred) or equivalent work experience.. . At least 8 years of experience in telecom/structured cabling design for facilities construction.. . Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam Studio, G Suite, and Microsoft Office 365.. . Relevant certifications: RCDD and CDT required; EIT, PE, and PMP are a plus.. .
