Support attorneys throughout the litigation process, ensuring efficient file progression and client satisfaction.. . Input detailed case information including accident reports, insurance data, property damage, and medical providers.. . Conduct full case investigations and document findings within Filevine.. . Maintain consistent contact with clients, providing updates and ensuring transparency every 30 days or as needed.. . Manage all aspects of client medical care—requesting and organizing medical records and billing documents.. . Draft and file legal documents including notices, motions, subpoenas, and discovery responses.. . Coordinate court dates, hearings, and meetings using attorney calendars and docketing systems.. . Facilitate communication between clients, adjusters, opposing counsel, and medical providers.. . Compile demand letters, mediation packets, and track claim statuses.. . Relay settlement communications between attorneys, clients, and insurers.. . Collect and organize supporting documents including medical evidence, income loss, and damages.. . Work closely within Filevine to ensure files are consistently updated and reviewed every 2-3 weeks.. . . Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certification preferred.. . Minimum 5 years of experience as a plaintiff litigation paralegal, ideally in personal injury law.. . Proficiency with litigation processes in Kentucky, Indiana, and federal court systems.. . Familiarity with Commercial Vehicle/Trucking cases is a plus.. . Strong understanding of personal injury law, insurance policies, and state regulations.. . Ability to handle multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment.. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially with clients.. . Highly organized and attentive to detail, with strong time management capabilities.. . Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software; Filevine experience is a plus.. .
