Manage customer inquiries related to travel bookings, accommodations, and hospitality services via phone, email, and live chat in Polish.. . Provide detailed information on destinations, travel packages, and special offers.. . Assist with reservation modifications, cancellations, and customer requests.. . Resolve customer issues and concerns effectively, ensuring a positive experience.. . Keep comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.. . Partner with clients and service providers to ensure seamless coordination of services.. . Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and company offerings.. . . Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous.. . Experience in customer service, ideally in the hospitality or tourism sector.. .
