Implement and configure ServiceNow modules including ITOM, ITSM, APM, CMDB, HAM, and SAM.. . Design and deploy end-to-end solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices.. . Conduct requirements gathering and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver customized solutions.. . Manage and maintain the CMDB, ensuring accurate data modeling and system integrations.. . Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.. . Develop documentation including specifications, workflows, and test cases.. . Stay updated on ServiceNow features, releases, and certifications to ensure best-in-class solutions.. . To be successful in this position, you should have:. . 2–5 years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow.. . ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification (required).. . Strong expertise in at least one or more modules: ITOM, ITSM, CMDB, APM, HAM, or SAM.. . Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems and tools.. . Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.. . Effective communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders confidently.. .
