Handle customer inquiries regarding orders, menu options, and delivery services via phone, email, and chat in Polish.. . Provide accurate information on restaurant offerings, delivery times, and pricing.. . Assist customers with issues related to their orders, including modifications and complaints.. . Work collaboratively with delivery personnel to ensure timely and efficient service.. . Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.. . Stay informed about food safety regulations and company policies to provide accurate guidance to customers.. . Contribute to a positive work environment and team spirit among colleagues.. . . Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.. . Experience in customer service, preferably in the food or delivery sector.. .
