We are looking for an International Marketing and Communications Manager starting as soon as possible. This will be a full-time, remote position with up to 20% travel required. . Responsibilities . . Develop and execute global marketing & communications strategies for defense and commercial sectors across U.S., EMEA, and APAC. . Oversee and expand the company’s digital presence, including strategic management of social media platforms and the corporate website to enhance brand visibility. . Write and distribute press releases to promote new products, partnerships, and company milestones . . Provide support for region-specific trade shows and industry events, including booth design, branding, and logistics (up to 20% travel required for event setup, execution, and on-site marketing support). . Develop and manage digital lead generation channels, ensuring effective lead prequalification and timely distribution to the sales team. . Track marketing performance using key KPIs and analytics to inform and refine strategy for continuous improvement. . Collaborate with sales, finance, and technical teams to ensure marketing efforts support pipeline growth and revenue goals. . Job Requirements . . Degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field, with 3-6 years of professional experience in brand or digital marketing, preferably in the defense/government sector. . Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences. . Experience managing events, trade shows, vendors, agencies, and marketing budgets. . Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. . Proven track record in developing and executing global campaigns across multiple regions (U.S., EMEA, APAC) . . Physical readiness: ability to lift up to 50 lbs., move equipment and materials as needed. . Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to two times per year . .
