Provide top-quality customer service to Dutch/Flemish speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.. . Assist customers with bookings, modifications, cancellations, and other inquiries regarding Booking.com services.. . Resolve customer issues efficiently and with empathy, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.. . Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in the company database.. . Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and customer experience.. . Stay updated on Booking.com products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.. . . Fluency in Dutch/Flemish (written and spoken) is mandatory; good command of English is beneficial.. . Previous customer service experience is preferred, ideally in travel or hospitality sectors.. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-oriented attitude.. . Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and calmly.. .
