Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements and modifications.. . Develop business requirement documents, user stories, and related documentation.. . Support Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and demos.. . Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and alignment.. . Provide on-call support as needed, depending on the project phase.. . . 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.. . Strong command of SQL and hands-on experience with system reporting tools (Oracle, SQL).. . Proven experience in systems testing (unit, integration, UAT).. .
