What Makes You a Great Fit. 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with strong exposure to tech hiring. Proven success hiring engineers and product profiles in Europe. Strong sourcing mindset - you’re comfortable reaching out to passive candidates daily. Comfortable owning senior and leadership searches (EM, Director level). Ability convey hiring insights using backed by data. Fluent English (C1+). And importantly:. You stay on top of AI and modern recruitment trends.
