Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation using RPA tools.. . Maintain and enhance existing automation solutions, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.. . Conduct testing and debugging of automated workflows to ensure accuracy and compliance.. . Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.. . 5+ years of experience in automation development, with a focus on RPA solutions.. . Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.. . Strong programming skills in languages like C#, Python, or VB.NET.. .
